MK & A Advisory Oy is an independent advisory firm led by Ari Järvinen, which combines macro and micro market information to provide its clients with in-depth and practical insights. I work specifically with the construction and real estate sectors, but I also examine the markets from a broader perspective of the international economy and financial markets.

Macro and Finance
I provide independent and up-to-date insights to senior management of companies operating in the construction and real estate sectors.
I combine changes in the macro economy and financial markets into micro-level market information, giving my clients a comprehensive picture of the industry's economic outlook. House construction
I monitor the market development and industry statistics of the building construction industry and prepare volume forecasts for the next 2–3 years. The analysis is based on the forecast of start and completion volumes and estimates of volumes under construction. The main goal is to assess the changes between demand and supply at any given time and their development.
Housing market
Using comprehensive analysis models, I provide insights into demand, supply and the relationship between them. This allows clients to assess future price developments and market developments in the Finnish housing market. The forecasts are based on both city-specific market information and long-term demographic trends.
Renovation construction
The renovation market reviews predict changes in renovation volume over the next 2–3 years. The analysis is based on insights into changes in market conditions. In addition, the forecasts take into account, among other things, the age structure of the building stock, regional differences and the longer-term requirements created by energy efficiency.
Real estate investment
In addition to the supply of the construction market, the market reviews assess investor interest in different real estate segments. I provide long-term forecasts of the development of the Finnish data center market. The reports assess demand prospects, investor investment intentions and the attractiveness of Finland as an investment destination. Based on these views, the importance of data center construction as part of the building construction market is also assessed.

I have been following the Nordic construction sector since 2005. Since 2010 I have also analyzed listed Finnish real estate investment companies. As a sell-side equity analyst, my focus has been strongly on international institutional clients. I have participated in several Finnish and Nordic IPO projects. During my career as an analyst, I have achieved at least a Top 2 ranking in the Prospera survey of equity portfolio managers. In addition to extensive financial market experience, I have three years of experience in the construction industry as a market analyst at Pohjola Rakennus.
